To start, warm the eyebrow pencil on the back of your hand before applying.
Then, apply Pro Pencil at the base of the brow and swipe from the front of the brow through the tail end.
Finally, blend using Brush 20 for a smooth finish.
For those with dry skin, use a moisturizer before applying Pro Pencil. It can also be applied along the lip line, as an eye shadow base or used as a concealer anywhere on the complexion.

Pro Tips:

Use one drop of Hydrating Oil to prep skin for tweezing and to ensure safe removal of hair.
Pull the hair in the direction of natural growth to ensure proper removal of hair without leaving gaps in the brow.
Use Pro Pencil to highlight the area you want to tweeze to avoid over-tweezing.
